The 777 bed was designed by George Nelson, one of the pioneers of modernity along with other extraordinary American designers. Made with a simple cherrywood frame, it is essential and sophisticated thanks to its extremely light and dynamic profile. The fitted horizontal top is linear and slender, uniquely finished with two wooden bands at the ends. The backrest is a clean-cut wooden panel connected to the bed surface by two curved chrome-plated tubular steel elements. The same material is also used in the slender base support, composed of two inclined trestles.
